Is rainwater a strong or weak electrolyte ?

rain water could be both strong and weak electrolyte...
this is because if we collect rainwater without impurities of acid...it becomes a weak electrolyte BUT...
if we collect rainwater which got some impurities while coming down o earth ; it becomes a strong electrolyte...
