No, schooling and education are not equally available to all the children in India even today. In India, 86% of boys and 72% of girls are literate in the 10-19 age group. However, there are some states like Kerala where we can equality but on the other hand, there are states like Rajasthan where we see a lot of inequality in access to education among both the genders.
