Is sensodyne toothpaste could be an electrolyte and if yes then could it corrode aluminium???

The question is not clear,
However, the following information might help you :

Toothpaste is made of fluoride along with Calcium containing salts. It does not conduct electricity, hence  it is not an electrolyte,
Hence it does not corrode Aluminium.
