Is the society anyway affected by her death

Aunt Jennifer's life has been one of great humiliation and suppression. There was no way, she could free herself from the fears of the past, when she got subjected to her husband's torture and misbehaviour. Her death, in turn, will free her from the sufferings of her life but won't have an effect on either her husband or the society in general.
