Is the temperature of air in the closed glass vessel/bottle the same as the temperature taken in open air? (i) What do you think is the reason for this? (ii) Do we ever come across this phenomenon in daily life?Is the temperature of air in the closed glass vessel/bottle the same as the temperature taken in open air?

Dear Student
Kindly find the answer of your asked query.

In the closed vessel, the pressure of air decreases hence temperature of the air decreases. Hence temperature of air in closed vessel is less than the temperature of an open air.
In daily life this can be seen when we open the bottle of coldrink  its temperature  is less when it kept open in air.
