Is this because RNase and protease digest RNA and protein, so there will be no change in transformation and hence transformation will occur. But when DNA is digested, transformation wont occur? :/ Is that the reason or is there any mistake?

Yes you are right.

RNase and protease digest RNA and proteins, so there will be no change in transformation and hence transformation will occur i.e DNA will be transferred form heat killed S strain into live R strain. But when DNA is digested, transformation won't occur as DNA will not be transferred. This proves that DNA is genetic material.
