it is in which tense

I have not been doing this work

This sentence is in present perfect continuous tense. The structure is:

Subject + Auxiliary Verb (has, have) + NOT+ Auxiliary Verb(been) + main verb(-ing) + Object

Such sentences mean that there was some action I used to perform in the past but I no more continue doing that action in the present. The act of not doing is continuing, so it is present, the act of discontinuation has already happened, so perfect, and the act of discontinuity is still on, so continuous tense. For example: I have not been exercising any more.
