It is said that milk is a wholesome food as it contains most of the nutrients. Do you think that you can remain healthy by consuming only milk as your regular diet ?

Because milk provides us mainly with protein and calcium. Our body also needs other nutrients in a sufficient amount which are carbohydrates, fats and lipids, vitamins and minerals. Therefore, our body cannot be healthy only by drinking milk.
