It's written in NCERT that Belgium had federal division of power where no provincial or state government is there but powers of different levels of government is fixed but in the previous pages of this chapter it was written that state government is not subordinate or inferior to the central government in the elements of Belgian model. So, is Belgium having State government or it is having federal division of power?
