iucn prepares  a red data book for endangered animal species and a green data book for endangered plantsis this correct

The IUCN maintains a Red Data Book which keeps a record of all endangered plants and animals. There is no such green data book. Data in this red data book can be utilized by humans in protecting and reestablishing the species that have found a place in red data books and it is separate for plants and animals.
