Iupac name of this compound please help will it be ethyl propanoate

The IUPAC name of this compound is propyl ethanoate.
This is because in esters -COO- the group attached with O is considered as substituent as in in this case, CH₃COO-CH₂CH₂CH₃
and the group with carbon of ester group is considered to be the part of parent chain.

The compound CH₃CH₂COO-CH₂CH₃ would be named ethyl propanoate.

But in the given question, the IUPAC name of compound is propyl ethanoate.
