a ) 08:50 to 12:00 total hours  = 3 hours 10 minutes ( As we know 1 hour  = 60 minutes )

And

12:00 to 1400: total hours  = 2 hours , So

In one day Kelly works for = 3 hours 10 minutes + 2 hours  = 5 hr 10 min = 5 $\times$ 60 + 10 =  300 + 10 =  310 minutes

And as she works for 6 days in a week , so

Total time Kelly works for  =  310 $\times$ 6 = 1860 minutes  = 31 $\times$ 60 ) minutes =  31 hours 

Therefore,

Total  hours she work per week = 31 hours                                                                    ( Ans )


b ) She earns £ 4.30 per hour , So

Total money she earn per week =  £  4.30 $\times$ 31 = £ 133.30                                            ( Ans )


c)Kelly is given a 10% pay rise , So

Total money she now earn per week = 133.30 + 10% of 133.30 =  133.30 + $\frac{133.30 \times 10}{100}$ = 133.30 + 13.33= £ 146.63   ( Ans )
