Kindly answer the following question provided below:--

Solution:

Steps of construction:
1. Draw a line segment AB of 3 cm.
2. Draw an angle of 45° and also cut an arc at this angle at a radius of 4 cm at C.
3. Join A to C and get the required triangle.
4. With A as centre, draw an arc intersecting at M and N respectively.
5. With centre N and radius more than half of NM, cut an arc on the opposite side of A.
6. With M as centre and with same radius, cut an arc intersecting the arc in previous step at E.
7. Join A to E, such that it meets BC at D. Then AE is the required perpendicular bisector.
