Dear student, 

Revenue Deficit = Revenue Expenditure  - Revenue Receipts

Revenue expenditure = Subsidies + Wages and salaries + Maintenance expenses + Dividends + Other expenses
= 60+100+70+30+50 = 310

Revenue receipts = Commercial revenue + Tax revenue + Administrative revenue
= 100 + 100 + 50 = 250
So, Revenue Deficit = 310 - 250 = 60

Fiscal Deficit = Borrowings = 400

Primary Deficit = Fiscal Deficit  - Interest payments = 400 - 40 = 360
