1. Left pulmonary artery
2. Right pulmonary artery
3. Pulmonary vein
4. Right atrium

Right atrium: It receives the blood from the body and sends it to right ventricle.
Left atrium: It receives the purified blood from lungs and sends it to left ventricle.
Veins usually carry deoxygenated blood from various body parts to the heart. Pulmonary vein is the only vain that carry oxygenated blood from lungs to the heart.
Arteries usually carry oxygenated blood from heart to different body parts. Pulmonary artery is the only artery that carries deoxygenated blood from heart to the lungs.
The heart is surrounded by a double membrane called pericardium and the space between these membranes is filled with the fluid called pericardial fluid.
