Answer :

Given  : The oranges are packed in packets of 6 and the apples are packed in packets of 10 .
So,
To find least number apple she can buy , As she wants to buy equal number of apple and oranges .

We find LCM of 6 and 10 :

6 =  2 $\times$ 3

10 =  2 $\times$ 5

So,

LCM ( 6  and 10 ) =   2 $\times$ 3 $\times$ 5  =  30

So,

Least number of apple  =  30  (  As same number of oranges ) 

So,

Packets of oranges should she buy = $\frac{30}{6}$ =  5
And
Packets of apples should she buy = $\frac{30}{10}$ =  3                                                   ( Ans )
