We cant say that both are different constructs because Management includes leadership, A manager can also be a leader.
following are the some differences :
For Example: Some examples of leaders, which are born in India are Mahatma Gandhi, Amitabh Bachchan, Kiran Bedi, Sachin Tendulkar, Saina Nehwal, etc. but the managers are the ne who performs all function of management such as Planning, Controlling, Organising, Leading & Motivating and Decision Making etc.
