let it's breadth is x cm
the it's length will be 2x - 1
it's perimeter = 2(x + 2x - 1) = 2(3x - 1) = 6x - 2 cm

but perimeter is already given 100 cm so

6x - 2 = 100
=> 6x = 102
=> x = 102/6 = 17

hence its length is (2*17 - 1) = 33 cm and its breadth is 17 cm
