Subject: Cancellation of purchase order of sports items.
Dear Mr.Das
We regret to inform you regarding the cancellation of order no. 2144 from your company, which was made on 27th May 2018. We have to cancel your order as the items have not been delivered till date. Your company had promised us the delivery of the items by 1st June 2018 and till date, the delivery has not been made. Thus we are cancelling your order due to uninformed delay in delivery of the product.
We request you to kindly refund the amount of advance payment which was made to you on 30th May 2018. The invoice of the order is enclosed with the letter.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible in order to avoid any kind of legal action from our side.
