Madam,
This is to bring to your notice about the unhygienic surroundings of our school. Students are being irresponsible and unconcerned about keeping premises clean. When the lunch break begins, students eager to gulp down the food- some open their lunch boxes hastily and as a result- food falls down- the floor is littered with all kinds of food- students running around stamp on this and further make the place untidy - after lunch students rush to wash their lunch boxes and can often be seen throwing the leftover food in the sink- the water gets clogged and leaves the place dirty- students should be made to follow rules- none should be allowed to eat their lunch in class. Food should be brought as per their need and wasting of food should be discouraged- any student doing this should be punished. Also students should be penalised for putting paper and other waste materials on the floor. Prefects should be assigned- keeping the campus clean should be the primary focus of all students in the campus.
