Light is electromagnetic then, is it deviated by any magnetic or electric field?
The simple answer is no. Electric and magnetic fields are acting on charged particles only. Quanta of light - photons - don't carry any electric charge despite they indeed are force carriers of electromagnetic interaction between charged particles.
