People are a nation's greatest resource. Human resources need education, training and healthcare to develop. On the other hand land and physical capital need money and physical inputs to develop. Land and physical capital are useless without human resources. Working class humans are generally referred as Human resources. The human resource plays a significant role in the economy of a country by contributing to productivity. The other resource becomes useful because of the input by the human resource.People as human resources are important because they can make the best uses of nature to create more resources by applying knowledge, skills and technology. Today,everybody needs human resources and fast technology.Hence we can say that like other resources, the population is also a resource- a human resource
