  2. Right to Freedom (under Article 19 – Article 22 )
  3. Right against exploitation ( under Article 23 – Article 24 )
  4. Right to Freedom of Religion (under Article 25 – Article 28 )
  5. Cultural and Educational rights (under Article 29 – Article 30 )
  6. Right to Constitutional remedies (Article 32 )
  7. Recently in 2010 Right to Education was added 
  8. In the year 2017 Right to Privacy was added
