List the advantages and disadvantages of series circuits and parallel circuits. ( detailed answer please ) Thanks !

Dear student,
Let's first talk about
1.Series circuits- The circuit is said to be connected in series if it is connected to the same wire.
a. Advantages- In series circuits it is known that they do not get heated easily. Therefore, any dry or flammable object placed near the series circuit will not have the possibility to catch the fire in case the circuit overheats in any case, also same magnitude of current reaches all the appliances.
b. Disadvantages- It is also known about series circuits that all the appliances are connected one after another in succession. In case if there is any fault or break at one of the appliances, the appliances connected after that will be cut off from the supply and will create a huge problem for us, and here the voltage is distributed which also creates an issue.
2. Parallel circuits- The circuit is said to be connected in parallel if it is connected across the wire.
a. Advantages- We know that the voltage remains constant in the parallel connection. Therefore, each component in the circuit gets the same amount of voltage which is a very big advantage. We can add or remove a new electric appliance in the circuit without affecting the other components in the circuit. If there is a fault in one of the electric appliances, the current is able to pass through different paths of the circuit, therefore no such issues.
b. Disadvantages- In the construction of the parallel circuits, we need an extraordinary amount of wires. We cannot meet the requirement when the exact same amount of current is required to pass through the element. In parallel circuits, we cannot increase the voltage since the resistance decreases in the parallel circuit.
