And we know :  Slope m  = y2 - y1x2 - x1 , Substitute all values we get

m  = 400 - 0- 700 -- 400  = 400- 700 + 400= 400- 300 = -43 , So we get our point - slope form :

( y - 0 ) = -43 ( x - ( - 400 ) )
