ma'am i didn't understand by the following point under disadvantagesof PDS:

The PDS charges different prices from BPL (below poverty line) and APL (above poverty line) families, with APL families paying higher prices. These prices are not very different from regular market prices. Hence, APL families have little incentive to buy goods from the PDS, as they will paying the higher prices no matter whether they buy from the market or the PDS.
