maam can skills be a part of intangible assets ?

Dear Student,
There is one condition in Intangible Assets that it should be controlled by entity. But, Employees Skills are normally considered as uncontrollable. As, employees can leave at any time and are not controlled by entity. Henceforth, employees skills are not a part of intangible assets.
