Nutrient pyramid can include following in diet:
Grains:- Breakfast cereals, Rice, Pasta, Bread and Noodles.
Vegetables:- Tomatoes, Potatoes, Carrots, Squash, Broccoli, Spinach and Sweet potatoes.
Fruits:- Apricots, Bananas, Dates, Grapes, Oranges, Mangoes, Melons, Peaches, Pineapples and Berries.
Lean Proteins:- Meat, Fish, Eggs, Chicken, Dried beans and Lentils.
Dairy:- Milk, Yogurt and Cheese.
Oils, Sweets and Fats:- Soft margarine, Low-fat mayonnaise, Light salad dressing and Vegetable oil (olive, canola, safflower, corn).
