Adolescence is a stage in life which is characterised by rapid growth and changes. This stage requires highly nutritious diet for good development and functioning of the body.
Balanced meal would provide proteins which are central for build up of new muscles and tissues. Vitamins and minerals would keep us healthy and help in appropriate functioning of all enzymes and hormones. Hence, one should eat a balanced diet during this age. 
Your menu card should include foods like- Brown bread, brown rice, all kind of fruits, green leafy vegetables, milk and dairy products etc.
