Therefore area = S x S
                        =2500m sqr.

Now Ravi bought a rectangular plot of length and breadth 60m and 40m respectively for the same price
Therefore area = L x B
                        = 60 x 40
                        = 2400 m sqr

​So Mani is benefitted as he bought 10m sqr. more than Ravi in the same price
