Spawning is a process in which the female lay eggs in the ocean bed anf the the male gametes fertilise them, after this process the spawning adults die. Many species of fishes and amphibians have spawning in their reproductive cycle.

From the options, only Petromyzon marinus or sea lamprey is the only one which shows spawning.
