Meaning of thought - hard work beats talent, when talent does not work hard

Hard work and talent go hand in hand. If you have talent, then to polish that talent, you need to work hard. Talent alone will not take you to success, but hard work  alone will definitely take you half way at least. If you have talent and you think only talent is going to make you successful then you are mistaken. Hard work gets you through when talent sits back.
