I strongly feel men and women don?t depend upon any external circumstances for growth and development. It is true environment plays a very important influence on man?s development, but only environment does not determine his growth and development. ?
Einstein, who gave the world technological advancement had to face the worst of backward situations; similarly, Dr. Kalam, the missile man of India created almost everything from scratch.

So, in conclusion it can be said, men can be far better than the technological development around them.
