Meritnation experts i am confused i need handwritten explanation difference between Dollar and Ruppes why we cannot use Dollar in india? I need only handwriten explanation in a sheet of paper as i do not understand in meritnation platform

In last thread i did not understand i need ans Suppose i am a Foreigner and went to india but i do not want to Comvert dollar to ruppes in bank i went to shop to buy curd and shopkeeper need money so can i pay dollar will that shopkeeper in india will except it this my point of confusion
