Meritnation experts i need some examples of resistor and insulators as per physics only in a sheet of paper as i am weak student so kindly ans in a sheet of paper

Everything in this universe has some resistance. Insulators have high resistance while conductors have low resistance. Thus, anything can be used as resistor as per requirement. Still, some commonly used resistor types are: 

• Carbon Composition Resistors.
• Carbon Film Resistors.
• Surface Mount Resistors.
• Metal Film Resistors.
• Metal Oxide Film Resistors.
• Wire Wound Resistors.

Insulators are substances with lack of free electrons. Some common insulators are paper, wax, oil, glass, air, plastic, ebonite, silk, wool, rubber, and wood.
