Dear Student,

Such questions are made for enhancing the self creative skills and should be tried
answering on your own. However, here are a few points that will help you in framing
your answer:

Where there’s a will there’s a way

-Winter came early that year. Josiah Davidson, emerging from the subway, shivered against the dank November rain which blew icily against his face and sent a trickle down his neck.
-He did not see the three boys standing in the dark.
- As they approached closer, he could see them clearly. It was the 'Pickpocket Gang' - Samuel, Joseph and William.
- They were trying to find Josiah to induct him to their group.
- Josiah hated them.
- He did not want to become a pickpocket.
- He wanted to study.
- The Pickpocket Gang discouraged him from studying.
- They argued that education is for the rich as money is required for studying.
- While he disagreed with the idea, he was still unable to find admission in a school to study because of his poverty.
- This year, however, the provincial government had come up with a local scholarship programme for helping the less deprived students. They wanted to pick one student from each district. Josiah was desperate to grab this opportunity.
- He had gone to the local provincial headquarters to enquire about the programme.
- He was informed that a small competition would be held in the district to choose the most deserving student in the district.
- Josiah was determined to win this competition.
- Josiah's mother worked as a maid.
- Knowing Joshua's passion for books, she used to bring old books for Joshua.
- Joshua had finished studying all of them.
- On the day of the competition, Joshua outshone others.
- He was selected for the scholarship programme from his district.
