Meritnation experts suppose this is my question so how to round off this whole number as we can round off only 2 decimal places until asked in question so but how can we round off that large number plz help me ???

The rounding off is done to avoid difficulty in doing the calculation. There are some rules for rounding off the number. The number is rounded up if it is 5,6,7,8,9, and if it is 0,1,2,3,4 it is rounded down. Example if the number is 8.947324, it is rounded up to 8.95, because the number after 4 is 7, so 4 is rounded up to 5.in chemistry to avoid complex calculation we can round off the number up to the hundredth place. the number like 8.98939 can be rounded up to 8.99.
