The answer is Zinc(Zn). The Sulphide ore can be converted to the metal by a process of roasting to get the oxide followed by Carbon reduction to get the metal.
2 ZnS+ 3 O2 = 2 ZnO + 2 SO2 and ZnO + C = Zn + CO
