Factor which led to such behaviour are given hereunder :-
Psychological barrier to communication :- Sometimes factors such as anger, distrust, frustration, obstruct the effective communication.
Personal Barrier :- There are certain personal factors such as lack of initiative, low trust/ confidence on each other, change in status in the organisation becomes hurdle in the communication.
