NAME A SMARTEST FISH IN WORLD

The intelligence of a fish or any other animal depends on the speed and accuracy of the process of acquiring knowledge, processing it, and then act on it. It also depends on, for how long one can store things in the memory, combine them for future use and also on one's conceptual skills.
For testing the intelligence of the fish we cannot consider IQ test, so we generalize their intelligence by the size of their brain, and due to that reason, only big ocean creatures are considered more intelligent than small ones. So that is why sharks, dolphins are considered the smartest.
But right now other experiments are also going on to test their intelligence and recently it was discovered that Comet, a type of goldfish was considered the smartest.
