United States (Alaska), Canada, Denmark (Greenland), Norway, Finland, Sweden and Russia.

 The Arctic consists of parts of Canada,Russia, Greenland, the United States, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland.

And as far as Antartica is concerned, seven states maintain a territorial claim on eight territories in Antarctica. These countries have tended to site their scientific observation and study facilities in Antarctica within their claimed territory.
