1. blood in urine is a serious disorder known as hematuria.  There are many conditions that lead to it like Polycystic kidney disease, Blood clots or diseases that cause problems with blood clotting.

2.  Anti diuretic hormone is responsible for increasing the urine output. It increases urine formation rate.
