No, national income doesn't exceed by domestic income only when exports are greator than imports because the difference between national income(NNPFC) and domestic income(NDPFC) is NFIA(net factor income from abroad). It means that national income exceed domestic income when there is increase in NFIA as NNPFC = NDPFC + NFIA.
