Need help in understanding this ..

Dear Student,  Macroeconomics studies about an economy as a whole. In the given diagram aggregates of macroeconomics are shown which implies the sum of all the sectors in the economy. Macroeconomics studies different economic sectors such as Households, Firms, Government, External Sectors, etc along with the interlinkages that exist among these sectors.  Regards
