Nor dim nor red, like God's own head,
The glorious sun uprist30

For all averred, I had killed the bird. That made the breeze to blow. Ah wretch! said they , the bird to slay,. That made the breeze to blow! Nor dim nor red, like God's own head,.
These lines are from chapter The Rime of ancient mariner ,Nor dim nor red like God's own head means that the sun being hidden by the mist and snow looked like the radiant halo ( a circle of light) begind God's head which is neither too reddish nor too bright.

As soon as the Sun shone and the sailors felt the heat for the first time, they changed their views and said that the mariner was right to kill the bird that brought the fog and mist with itself.

Aayushi Rohilla,
The poet here means that the weather became better. The sun rose but now there was no mist to make it dimly visible, hence it looked soothing bright like the halo around God's head.
Thankyou.
