Note on occupational lung disease

Dear Student, As the name itself suggests, these disorders are due to the occupation of the individual. These are caused by the harmful substances, such as fumes of the gas present in the environment where an individual works. Silicosis and asbestoses are the common examples: which occur due to person's exposure to the silica and asbestos dust in the mining industry. Most of the occupational disorders including silicosis and asbestosis are incurable. Thank You!
