It depends who is purchasing them If you and me are purchasing
them, then it is final good, since we are not purchasing them with
the motive to resale It is basically for our own consumption and
not to make profit

However, if Neha Fabrications Ltd is purchasing nuts and bolts,
then these are intermediate goods because of the following
reasons
1 Purchased with the motive to resale
2 Purchases with the purpose to be used-up in the production
process
3 Purchased with the profit-making motive
