Ohm's law comes into play when the temperature of the conductor remains constant, during flow of electrons. But, because the electrons move, they possess kinetic energy, do work, and resultantly , this should heat up the conductor. But, if the conductor gets heated, it means that the temperature of the conductor increases . So, in this case , how does the Ohm's law come into play?
