On the presence of excees and less concentration of cytokinin in plants, what could be the effect that can be shown on a plant?

​Cytokinin (a plant growth hormone) helps in opening of stomata, in development of chloroplast and promotes cell division in both stem and roots. Cytokinin along with auxin involves in the formation of root and shoot. When the concentration of cytokinin is less then root will form if concentration is high then shoots will form.
