On what factor does the resistivity of a conductor depend? (plz note I'm asking about resistivity, not resistance)

Dear student,  As per the definition, resistivity is the resistance of unit cube of the material. Resistivity is the intrinsic property of the material of the conductor due to which it offers resistance. It depends on the relaxation time, the number density of electrons, the charge of electrons and the mass of the electrons. Regards

The resistivity of a conductor depends on -
1) its nature
2) temperature of the conductor .
